Online registration begins Friday, April 21. Register online before the end of the school year on Friday, May 26.

Registration for the 2023-2024 school year will be through PowerSchool. All returning students will receive a snapcode through the mail and e-mail to begin registration. Snapcodes will also be sent to your family’s current email on file.

Families are encouraged to register online.

What’s a snapcode?
The snapcode is like a key to your child’s Returning Student Registration for the upcoming school year. You should receive a unique snapcode or snapcode link for each child.

How can I receive help with Powerchool?
Visit www.cusd50.org/page/powerschool for additional information or contact the front office at your student's school.

Should I create an account?
If you’ve never completed an online Returning Student Registration, you should create an account. This allows you to securely save your work and
come back at a later time if necessary. You can use your email address or cell phone number.
If you already have an account, you can sign in and complete the form. (You should use the same account to complete forms for multiple children.)

Do I have to answer all the questions?
Questions marked with a red asterisk (*) are required.

What if I make a mistake?
If you would like to make a change, select the underlined field or click “< Prev” to return to a previous page.

I’ve completed the form, now what?
When you have finished entering your information, select “Submit.” This will send all of the information you’ve entered to the school. If you cannot
select this button, you will need to make sure that you have answered all the required questions.

What if I have more than one student in the district? Do I need to do this for each child?
Yes, because you’ll need to provide information that is specific for each child. We recommend that you submit one Returning Student Registration
and then start another – this will allow you to “snap over” shared family information, which will save you time.

What if I don't have a personal email address?

Preguntas frecuentes

¿Qué es un snapcode?
El código instantáneo es como una clave para la inscripción de los estudiantes que regresan para el próximo año escolar. Debería recibir un código de complemento único o un enlace de código de complemento para cada niño/a.

¿Cómo puedo recibir ayuda con Powerchool?
Visite www.cusd50.org/page/powerschool para obtener información adicional o comuníquese con la oficina principal de la escuela de su estudiante.

¿Debo crear una cuenta?
Si nunca completó una inscripción en línea de estudiante que regresa, debe crear una cuenta. Esto le permite guardar su trabajo de forma segura y vuelva más tarde si es necesario. Puede usar su dirección de correo electrónico o número de teléfono celular.
Si ya tiene una cuenta, puede iniciar sesión y completar el formulario. (Debe usar la misma cuenta para completar formularios para varios niños).

¿Qué pasa si tengo más de un estudiante en el distrito? ¿Necesito hacer esto para cada niño/a?
Sí, porque deberá proporcionar información específica para cada niño/a. Le recomendamos que envíe una inscripción de estudiante que regresay luego inicie otro: esto le permitirá "cambiar" la información familiar compartida, lo que le ahorrará tiempo.
