Harvard High School is pleased to announce the hiring of Brian Heidtke as their next Head Boys Basketball Coach.  Brian is a math teacher at Harvard Junior High School. In response to his hiring, Brian stated, “I am grateful to the administration and school board members in Harvard CUSD 50 for the chance to work with our outstanding student-athletes. We are working on putting together a staff that will bring hard work and enthusiasm to the program. Most importantly, we are looking to create an exciting and rewarding season for our basketball players, families, and fans. GO HORNETS!”

Athletic Director Barry Gurvey added, “After a lengthy search, we are pleased to have added Brian to our Hornet coaching staff.  To have someone with his amount of experience and knowledge of basketball in our area is truly an asset for our program.  We are looking forward to Coach Heidtke getting our athletes excited to play basketball once again for Harvard.”
