Washington school serves three to five-year-old students in a half-day Pre-K program. At Washington, early intervention is key to future success. The dedicated staff helps children develop the skills and confidence they need to be successful lifelong learners. Teachers work specifically, with a research-based curriculum, to address with fine and gross motor skills, language, and social/emotional development, and pre-academic skills necessary to be kindergarten ready. Classrooms provide small group and one-on-one instruction to meet each child’s individual needs. In addition, Washington’s nationally recognized Parents as Teachers Program currently provides services to families from birth to three years old in Harvard.
