Wonderful world of math! With our kindergarden students we have been exploring that math is everywhere and they are learning how to count, represent and compare numbers and groups.

In science class, while learning about social and group behavior of animals, Mrs. Juarez's class and Ms. Spraker's class explored the differences in hunting in groups and hunting alone with pasta shells. Students were able to see the benefits of belonging to a group.

Students in Mrs. Nulle's class enjoyed all the dress up days for Homecoming!

🐝Mrs. Juarez’s class and Ms. Spraker’s class enjoyed dressing up during homecoming week.

In our Kindergarten Dual Program, we explored science vocabulary through TPR (Total Physical Response). The students played a fun game of charades, using the TPR gestures they had learned in class to guess the science words. (Tulip Room)

Students in the Rose Room are having a blast celebrating Homecoming Week! Today was Crazy Hair Day, and they showed off some truly creative styles. 🎉

Who knew that desks make the best math notebooks? Mrs. Ewart's class was decomposing addition facts like pros. Breaking down numbers never looks so fun!

To end the science unit on life cycles, Mrs. Juarez and Mrs. Spraker's classes dissected lima bean seeds to observe the inside. 🫘
