🌋Mrs. Eade and Mrs. Nulle's classes had a BLAST with their volcano experiments! Our learning goal was to explore fast land changes and prove how a volcano can make new land after the lava hardens. We can see each layer represented with the different colors of clay. We also recorded our data while experimenting. Way to go 2nd grade scientists!

🌟 As the temperatures drop, it's the perfect time to remind our students to bring a jacket for recess! 🧥❄️ We want everyone to stay cozy while enjoying their outdoor playtime! What’s your favorite thing to do outside in the chilly weather? Share your thoughts! 👇

Miss Diaz classroom: Colombian activity Name of the activity: Un Día en el Jardín de Macondo- A Day in Macondo's Garden. CULTURAL DIVERSITY By talking about “One Hundred Years of Solitude”, children can be introduced to Latin American culture, enriching their understanding of the world and encouraging diversity.
The cultural impact of the yellow butterflies in “One Hundred Years of Solitude” can be a powerful tool for teaching children about the magic of literature, nature, and human values, helping them develop a deeper connection to the world around them. Through the story (Colombian), children can learn about emotions, friendship, and family, relating to the characters simply.
