Mrs. Wargaski was a guest teacher in Mrs. Hay's classroom. She taught everyone, including Mrs. Hay, about a compendium. A part of the lesson allowed students to show what strategies they know and use for our next unit in math! Everyone is a life-long learner at Jefferson.

It's The Future is Bright/Bright Colors Day at Jefferson! The students made a rainy day outside, bright and colorful inside! It's Dress for your Future/Career Day on Thursday and Black and Gold Day on Friday!

In science, Miss Buckley's students are learning about how animals use their senses to receive different types of information. The students used their sense of smell to complete a “What’s that Smell?” challenge.

It's Spirit Week at Jefferson! Today was Fall Flannel day! It was also referred to as "Square Shirt Day" by one of our students! Whatever you want to call it, the kids dressed the part! Don't forget that Wednesday is Bright Colors Day!
