Harvard CUSD 50 invites all community members to participate in a series of upcoming listening sessions, D50 Listens: Community Conversations. Sessions will be held Sept. 9 and 29 from 6 to 7 p.m and Sept. 15 from 12 to 1 p.m. The Sept. 9 session will be at the Harvard Diggins Library, the Sept. 15 session will be in the Community Room at City Hall, and the Sept. 29 session will be in the boardroom at the Central Office.

Led by new Superintendent Dr. Brandon C. White and District 50 staff, these sessions are designed to listen and learn by engaging stakeholders, building relationships and understanding the current state of Harvard CUSD 50. The sessions will also allow Dr. White to introduce himself to the community and discuss current priorities.

The meetings are free and open to the public. Light refreshments will be provided. Sessions will not be streamed or recorded to encourage open and honest dialogue. Additional sessions may be scheduled based on community response and interest.

The Harvard Diggins Library, City Hall and the Central Office are ADA accessible. Translators and translation technology will be available. For questions about the sessions or to request accommodations, contact the District 50 office at d50communications@cusd50.org.

All community members are encouraged to join the conversation and share their perspectives.
